Pastor Mike Todd apologized after footage of him hocking up phlegm and rubbing it on a parishioner’s face during a sermon went viral on Jan. 16.
According to NewsChannel 8, Todd is the pastor at the Transformation Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Pastor Todd was giving a sermon where he tried and failed to convey a message about receiving God’s vision.
At one point during the sermon, Pastor Todd spits into his hand. He spoke more before he hocked up a substantial amount of phlegm in dramatic fashion and spat it into his hand.
The disgusted churchgoers could be heard clutching pearls left and right as Todd rubbed the concoction all over the parishioner’s face.
“Receiving vision from God might get nasty,” preached Todd.
Todd’s brother was reportedly the parishioner who sacrificed his face for the phlegm-filled sermon.

“I can’t tell nobody about what they heard from GOD but I’m 99% sure GOD ain’t told Mike Todd to do that!! My stomach turned upside down!!”
