Former NFL player Zac Stacy faces five new domestic violence charges following the August attack on his ex-girlfriend and mother to his 5-month-old son.
According to TMZ, Stacy was charged last week with three misdemeanor domestic violence battery charges and two misdemeanor criminal mischief charges, court records outlined.
The court documents said the additional charges stemmed from an Aug. 16, 2021, incident with his ex-girlfriend Kristin Evans — the same woman Stacy violently assaulted on video in November.
Though officials did not provide details of the allegations in the documents, Evans claimed in a Florida restraining order that the former New York Jets player brutally attacked her over rent money in August.
“He physically assaulted me several times because he wanted the money back he gave me for our rent,” said Evans restraining order statement.
“He punched my legs, slapped me, picked me up by my arms, and threw me into my window, which broke. I had glass in my feet that I removed myself.”
The images obtained from the outlet showed Evans with large bruises and cuts to her body after sustaining injuries from the attack.
As News Onyx previously reported, Stacy was caught on camera brutalizing Evans while their infant son was just feet away during the attack. The altercation occurred at Evans’ home on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021, when he repeatedly punched her in her head, yanked her off the couch, and threw her into a television.
Camera footage captured the 30-year-old pacing back and forth as Evans placed her hands over her face, begging him to stop. After the two exchanged words, Stacy viciously yanked the woman by her arms and called her a “f**king b***h” right before the startling clip ended.
Next month, Stacy is scheduled for a court hearing regarding the new charges in Orange County, Florida, per TMZ.
