On a recent episode of The Big Podcast with Shaq, Shaquille O’Neal slammed the podcast’s co-host, journalist Nischelle Turner, for requesting him to gift her a “cheap” printer. The episode was released on Aug. 18.
The topic began with co-host Spice Adams asking O’Neal to confirm if a rumor that he has gifted NBA legend LeBron James a Rolls Royce for his 25th birthday was true or not.
“I may have,” he hesitantly responded. “I think I did, I’m not sure. I’m the giver, Spice. I make people happy, so I may have.”
Turner jumped in asking if he truly didn’t remember.
“Have you given that many Rolls Royce that you don’t remember?” She asked.
O’Neal replied that he truly didn’t remember because it was 25 years ago.
“Look, Shaq, I just want to hit you with some facts man,” Adams interjected. “You played about 53 games with LeBron. To 2009 – 2010. Nischelle and I have done about 64 shows with you. So, we’ve got birthdays, too. We like nice things…just throwing it out there, man. You do with it whatever you want to man.”
“We like nice things,” Turner said, backing up Adams.
“All right, deal. What do you like?” O’Neal asked. “…you know I own a lot of companies. You want free stuff? Like, I can hit you off with a Diesel diamond watch right now.”
Turner showed no interest in the luxurious watch and made a cheap request that O’Neal had to go off on.
“Well, I’ve been asking for a printer for a minute,” Turner said.
“I hate CRAP,” O’Neal responded. “Cheap rich a** people. If you move that d**n camera around, you see that mansion that she is sitting in. This woman built a mansion, didn’t even live in it, sold it and bought another mansion. Want to talk about a s**t damn printer that you can buy that for $249.”
Ironically, O’Neal has a partnership with Epson. So, it’s a possibility Turner may get her printer.
