Russell Westbrook’s wife, Nina, is fed up with Fox Sports personality Skip Bayless for criticizing her husband. So she decided to snap back on him.
Recently, he’s been taking to Twitter calling the Lakers player “Westbrick” amid the guard’s shooting struggles.
Too many Westbricks and LeBricks. Mavs, pulling away. COME ON, BRON. LEAD THEM BACK. YOU NEED THIS ONE. PRETTY SOON YOU’RE GOING TO BE IN DANGER OF EVEN MISSING THE PLAY-IN TOURNAMENT.

Nina called out Bayless over his treatment of her husband and for allegedly blocking her on Twitter.
“Mr. Bayless. I’m a real person. If you’re able to use your platform to degrade my husband and constantly call him out of his name, then at least be adult enough to deal with the consequences of your actions,” Nina continued. “Don’t try to erase me from your reality to make yourself feel better about your choices.”
“I’m still here. There’s no need to block me. Just be respectful, and I have no reason to respond or remind you of your reckless choices. Just do better.”

Following this, Nina tweeted:
I was mistaken… twitter fingers. I’m not blocked and free to respond to his tweets, which I gladly will. 🙂

Then, she went full-on HAM on Bayless, calling him “childish” and “disrespectful.”
I’m tired you you @RealSkipBayless calling my husband out of his name. It is extremely childish. That is my name as well, and many other peoples name. You’re disrespectful, and I’m extremely offended by your behavior. You should apologize.

Bayless later acknowledged Westbrook’s deleted tweet and responded.
Dear Mrs. Westbrook: Thank you for clarifying that I didn’t block you. I’ve never blocked anybody and never will. I welcome your criticism and appreciate your defending your husband. But I will continue to tell the truth as I see it.

Nina has since voiced her feelings about this comment, citing her and her family receiving death threats due to basketball criticism.
When I’m being harassed on a daily basis over basketball games, and I’m having obscenity’s and death wishes for me and my family sent my way because you’re expressing your “truth”, it’s hard for me to get on board with that.
