According to a post shared by Love & Hip Hop: Miami star Amara La Negra on August 17, the reality television personality has officially invested in real estate in the Dominican Republic.
BET reported that Amara had teased her followers about the new business venture for some time.
La Negra’s new business deal is in association with Amara Residences in the Dominican Republic.
The young entrepreneur shared the big announcement via her Instagram and said, “After working so hard on this project for months, It finally became a reality! Amara Residence!!! en Las Terrenas, Samana. Dominican Republic 42 apartaments! 12 Penthouse! This is Everything I Dreamed of! And This is only One of Many to Come!”

Amara Residences is in the development of being located at Las Terrenas on the Samaná Península. It’s a little over three hours northwest of Santo Domingo.
There will be 42 apartments and 12 penthouses with a starting price for a one-bedroom, one-bath at $175,000.
