Former Atlanta Hawks forward Cameron Reddish will be playing with LeBron James after transferring to the Los Angeles Lakers.
The Athletic and Stadium senior reporter Shams Charania tweeted that sources confirmed, “Free agent Cam Reddish has agreed to a two-year deal with the Lakers.”

Following the news release, Cam seemingly confirmed the news to his over 537,000 followers through his Instagram Story with screenshots of Sham’s Twitter and Instagram posts.
The Hawks chose the former Duke forward as its tenth pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, where he played for two and a half seasons and scored an extraordinary 21 points (six three-pointers) in the Eastern Conference Finals Game Six.
He then moved to the New York Knicks in 2022 and played for two seasons before transferring to the Portland Trail Blazers in February.
The Lakers were deemed undefeated during their postseason run until the Denver Nuggets swooped in for the kill and were crowned champions of the Western Conference Finals.
Hopefully, Cam can help bring the Lakers to the Champions title.

Some of the other free agents the Lakers signed are Taurean Prince, Gabe Vincent and Rui Hachimura. Many believe these players could give James and Anthony Davis a solid core. The Lakers also have free agents Austin Reaves, D’Angelo Russel and Lonnie Walker IV. The team lost guard Dennis Schroder, who signed a $26 million deal with the Toronto Raptors, according to ESPN Senior Insider Adrian Wojnarowski.
