The feud between NBA legends Michael Jordan and Isiah Thomas looks like it won’t go away anytime soon.

In an interview with EuroHoops, Thomas was asked about their feud, and he made it clear that the beef remained because of Jordan’s words about him during the ESPN documentary Last Dance.

In a clip from the documentary, Jordan was shown a clip of Thomas being interviewed about him not shaking

hands with any of the Chicago Bulls players during the Bulls and Detroit Pistons game in the ’80s. Thomas affirmed that he never recalled teams shaking hands.

“Well, I know it’s all bulls**t,” Jordan said. “Whatever he says now, you know it wasn’t his true actions then. He’s had time enough to think about it. Or the reaction of the public has kind of changed his perspective of it. You can show me anything you want. There’s no way you can convince me he wasn’t an a**hole.

Jordan’s insult added fuel to the fire. But Thomas said the feud will continue if the NBA legend doesn’t issue a “public apology.”

“When I was watching the “last dance,” Thoms told Eurohoops. “(Sic). I’m sitting there and I’m watching it with my family, and thinking everything is good. And then this guy comes on television and he says that he hates me, and then he calls me an asshole. And then I proceed to watch a whole documentary about him being an asshole. I’m like, ‘Wait a minute, time out.’ Until I get a public apology, this beef is gonna go on for a long, long time ’cause I’m from the west side of Chicago.”

Now, all there’s left to do is wait for Jordan to respond.
