Iconic streetwear brand Cross Colours is featured in a two-week installment in the flagship Nordstrom store in New York.
Cross Colours partnered with Nordstrom to create a pop-up shop in Nordstrom’s flagship store in New York, reported WWD. The installation features apparel, footwear and accessories starting at $20. It will also show feature the brand’s core values and a photographic history of its impact on the culture.

The collection will also be available online and in stores across the country.
“We’ve been trying to get into Nordstrom for 30 years, so this is a full circle moment,” Cross Colours co-founder Carl Jones told Complex.
“This collaboration with Nordstrom is monumental for Cross Colours,” co-founder TJ Walker said statement. “To us, this collaboration reinforces the fact that the brand is important to the community and to the culture. Ultimately, Nordstrom has provided us with an opportunity for sustainability; we’re excited for the chance to continue impacting new generations with our message.”
Cross Colours was founded in 1989 and was a fashion staple in the 90s. The co-founders drove to film sets and gave out free clothes. Eventually, their hustle paid off when celebrities like TLC, Tupac and Biggie sporting their merch. The brand relaunched in 2018 and has been worn by several fashion-forward modern celebs.
“If you’ve never heard of the brand, you’ll go, be educated on it,” Jones said. “We have a picture of Will Smith wearing the brand. Drake, Rihanna wearing our retro X jacket. It turned out really good.”
The legacy of Cross Colours’ drip isn’t lost on Nordstrom.
“There is so much customer love and nostalgia for Cross Colours and we’re thrilled to introduce a new generation to this iconic brand’s message of unity, equality and empowerment,” said Jen Jackson Brown, president and EVP of Nordstrom Inc.
The Cross Colours pop-up shop will be featured on the Center Stage of Nordstrom NYC until August 8.
