In a video viewed over 100,000 times, Shaq stood next to Houston Police Department’s officer Kenneth Miles, who tells the camera that he pulled the Hall of Famer over. The funny thing is that he did it as an intro for NBA on TNT.
“I’m Officer Miles with Houston PD, I just pulled over Shaquille O’Neal for speeding down here in Texas,” Miles said.
“You’re watching the NBA on TNT.”
Shaq stood in the camera frame, humorously shaking his head in disbelief. The camera then panned to a scene across from them, which showed police lights flashing, indicating it was where Shaq was pulled over.
According to Kens 5, Shaq was in Houston, looking to buy houses and open businesses there. Businesses like his fast-food company Big Chicken.
According to the Houston Chronicle, this isn’t the first time the 15-time All-Star and Officer Miles have been seen together. In 2020, the two had dinner at the Union Kitchen. In 2019 Miles and Shaq collaborated to help with funeral expenses for Jazmine Barnes, who was a 7-year-old fatally shot in northeast Harris County while riding in the car with her mom and sisters.
