Black Twitter lost it as the tea spilled about Seth and Stephen Curry’s divorced parents’ new lovers.
On Friday, Dell and Sonya attended Friday night’s Game 4 of the NBA Finals with the Boston Celtics and Golden State Warriors. Although the basketball game was supposed to be the main event, the former married couple’s dates appeared to cause more buzz than the game.
Dell reportedly appeared with his alleged new girlfriend, and in a real-life Wife Swap gone wrong–Sonya came with her soon-to-be ex-husband’s new bae’s ex-wife. The former pillars of Black love (they were married for 33 years) allegedly traded chocolate for milk as Twitter user @crespo_sarfo pointed out.

Black Twitter didn’t stop there. Sleuths on the social media platform quickly shared that Dell and Sonya’s new beaus were married to one another previously. They were reportedly identified as Nicki Smith and former New England Patriots player Steven Johnson. The Curry patriarch accused Sonya of cheating with him Steven last year.

Another person gave some history on Dell and Steven’s relationship.
Sonya’s new man has been Dell’s college friend and both families have been very close family friends with each other. .

Sonya and Dell met while the two attended Virginia Tech. After a 33-year marriage, the two called it quits after a year-long trial separation. The matriarch of the family initiated the divorce last June, citing that her former college sweetheart was unfaithful. The retired baller also claimed that the doting mom engaged in “acts of illicit sexual misconduct.”
The estranged husband and wife are still battling out in court.
