Floyd Mayweather is a generous man. The professional boxer spent $1 million buying cars for his entourage in Las Vegas, according to TMZ. Mayweather was in town for the Mayweather vs. Paulexhibition fight on June 6.
Mayweather bought the cars at Towbin Auto Group for his friends and family, including a Mercedes S560. He also bought three Dodge Challengers, two Dodge Chargers, a Dodge Journey, a Maybach, and a Rolls-Royce Ghost– all for his entourage. The boxer also gifted himself with a Rolls-Royce Ghost.
According to Towbin Auto Group, Mayweather loves Rolls-Royces because he has bought 29 of them over the years. The auto group said that Mayweather has bought at least 157 cars from the dealership.
While the exhibition fight was not judged, Mayweather was the clear winner against Paul and took home a $100 million prize, so $1 million is a drop in the bucket for him.
Paul, who is 18 years younger than Mayweather and almost one foot taller, spent several rounds resting on Mayweather to avoid being punched. The two boxers fought for eight rounds, and Paul was credited for lasting the full eight rounds against the former world champion and Olympic medalist.
“He’s better than I thought he was,” said Mayweather “As far as with the big guys, the heavyweights? It’s going to be hard. But he’s a tough, rough competitor.”
The champion appeared to exhaust Paul, and many wondered if Mayweather went easy on him to keep the fight going eight rounds, including Paul himself.
“I mean, you never know with this guy,” he said. “I’m going to go home thinking, ‘Did Floyd let me survive?’ It’s an honor to grace the ring with him. This is the coolest thing ever.”
Social media deemed the match-up a less than spectacular event, and Twitter had jokes.

The 44-year-old boxer reportedly earned more than $1 billion throughout his professional boxing career.
“Your kids can’t eat legacy,” said Mayweather. “They can eat off the currency. I believe in building generational wealth. That’s what’s important to me.”
No word yet if he bought any more cars with his winnings on his way out of Las Vegas.
