All hell broke during the Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. John Gotti III fight at the FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, FL.
With 1:20 left in the sixth round, Mayweather Jr., 46, inexplicably said
something that caused Gotti III, 30, to look at referee Kenny Bayless and ask, “What the f**k?” The referee visibly struggled to break apart the two fighters during the fight.“I said let up,” the referee responded.
The two went at it again, but Bayless had to interfere, which was when things escalated.
The ref broke Mayweather Jr. and Gotti III up and continued waving his arms while stating, “That’s it,” warning the two to stop bickering.
However, Mayweather Jr. clearly said something that ticked his opponent off because the 30-year-old began bobbing and weaving around the referee to get a good hit at Mayweather Jr, who kept his cool and didn’t get worked up like the 30-year-old.
Eventually, the two started boxing but not for the match. This caused both competitors’ teams behind the ropes to hop into the ring, causing chaos. A lot of pushing and shoving occurred even as people worked to remove both teams from the ring.

Several reports claimed Gotti III was disqualified, which he denied on his Instagram story on Monday, but hours before rejecting it, he posted, “Bum never put me down or stopped me. It was a DQ (disqualification) for no reason.”
Which one is it, Gotti III? Disqualification or not?
To make matters worst, Nicolette Gotti, Gotti III’s sister, went too far and threatened Mayweather Jr.’s daughter, Iyanna.
“[Floyd Mayweather Jr] your daughter was ran through by [an] animal with 12 different baby mamas – your little circus animal – [you’re] all a pack of zoo animals,” she wrote on her now-private Instagram story. “I swear on my kids I’m coming for your daughter. It may be 2 years, 3 years from now, but I’m coming, c**t.”
