Florida Child Sex Sting Leads To The Arrest Of Three Disney World Employees and a Registered Nurse

Three Disney World employees and a registered nurse were arrested on August 3 in an undercover child sex sting in Central Florida.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office held a press conference via Facebook Live. Sheriff Grady Judd shared the details of the department’s sting Operation Child Protector investigation with the media. The undercover investigation took place over six days and included the Auburndale, Winter Haven and Orlando police departments. The Orange County sheriff’s department was involved.

There were 17 predators arrested, and they are facing 49 felony charges and two misdemeanor charges. The suspects’ ages ranged from 26-years-old to 47-years-old. All were from Central Florida, except for one man from California.

“What you see on this board … are deviants. Incredible deviants,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said at a press conference– displaying the mugshots of the predators.

“They travel from as far away as Clewiston, Florida. One even came from Los Angeles.”

“Much to their chagrin, instead of meeting with young children, they were met by law enforcement officers who were online undercover posing as children.”

A statement was released by Polk County Sheriff’s Department detailing the suspects’ deviant behaviors were chatting online and planned to meet up with children who they believed were 13 and 14-year-olds.
