A Delta Airlines passenger was removed from a flight heading to Los Angeles for wearing “offensive” clothing.
Jauneil Brooks boarded the plane on March 9 wearing a political hoodie that read “F— Biden,” and in smaller print underneath, “And f— you for voting for him!” The Post Millenial reported.
When a flight attendant approached Brooks, she informed him that his hoodie was against the airlines’ dress code policy and that he would either turn it inside out or be removed from the aircraft and placed on an indefinite “no-fly” list.
The flight attendant’s comments prompted Brooks to record the incident on his TikTok account. In the video, the airline employee explained to the passenger what he needed to do to remain seated on the flight.

“If you don’t come on the jet bridge and flip your shirt outside in and out, right? So that word doesn’t show, I will have to deplane the whole aircraft,” the flight attendant said.
“I’m sorry about that, sir, but that is the policy. You cannot wear that,” she added.
Brooks responded to the flight attendant, asking if she could show him the airline’s policy where the passenger’s attire is prohibited. She told him the company guidelines were available for review online, to which the passenger suggested that she look up the policy on her cellphone.
While the flight attendant said it would be inconvenient to look it up on her phone, Brooks said: “no, you’re making this inconvenient, because last time I checked, I live in the United States of America, with the First Amendment freedom of press, freedom of speech, or freedom of religion, do I not?”
“Do I not have the freedom of press, freedom of religion or freedom of speech anymore in this country?” He continued.
The two exchanged words regarding the policy, and the flight attendant said the request was a simple task to resolve the issue.
“It’s something very simple,” the flight attendant said.
“It’s not that simple. My dad served in the military, so I got the freedoms today. And now you’re telling me I have to take off my hoodie,” Brooks said.
After complying with the airline employee, Brooks returned to his seat. “It’s off,” he said. “I’m gonna go sit down. Whatever you guys say to me will be recorded, and you guys can get sued.”
In a follow-up video, the same flight attendant returned to Brooks’ seat and told him that he was being removed from the plane.

“So I’m still getting kicked off the plane?” Brooks asked in the video.
“Yeah, you’re not putting… you’re not wearing the mask,” the flight attendant responded. “I’m relaying the message to you what the captain says; he said he doesn’t want you on the aircraft anymore.”
Brooks was told by what appeared to be the flight attendant, informing him that he would receive a refund for the airfare.
He told the outlet that he would file a lawsuit to fight for his liberties.
“But, no, we need to have our freedoms back from Republican to Democrat to liberal to, you know, whatever it is. Our freedoms are infringed. And I gotta make sure somebody learns a lesson if I can make sure that that happens.”
