Rookie linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys, Micah Parsons, used his first paycheck to keep a promise to his mother and bought her a house.
Micah posted a photo to his Instagram story on Saturday of him and his mom, Sherese Parsons.
The young football player’s mom is seen giving him a piggyback ride outside of a beautiful Dallas home.
He wrote, “Welcome, mom, this. All for you.”

The milestone is a big deal for Micah, who has been planning to provide for his mom for some time now.
In an interview with BroBible back in April, he was asked what he’d do with his first NFL paycheck.
Micah said, “I want to finally get my own house, clear my mom’s debt, I moved a lot when I was younger, and if I could put me and my mother into our own home and have something to call ours, it would be amazing.”

Raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Micah’s upbringing was a humble one. He gives his mother full credit for giving him the necessary discipline to keep him focused.
Sherese enrolled him in different sports year-round, which kept him busy growing up.
According to PennLive, Micah said, “if we had a million more Shereses, the world would be OK.”
The proud mother also interviewed with the outlet before the NFL draft earlier this year and boasted about her son and said that he was her “biggest blessing,”
Michael was chosen by the Cowboys as the 12th overall draft pick in 2021.
FanNation reported that the former Penn State player signed a four-year contract in June for a guaranteed $17 million with a $9.8 million signing bonus.
