It’s unclear how extensive Phoenix Police Department’s background checks are for prospective police officers, but according to Arizona’s Family, one of the officers is under investigation after it was reported
that he made and distributed pornography while on the clock.The outlet confirmed that officer Christian Goggans worked as a pornographic content creator under the name “Rico Blaze,” according to his private Twitter account. Before making his Twitter private, Goggans posted graphic porn content on the page.
“We can confirm there is an open internal investigation underway involved
Officer Goggans,” the Phoenix Police Department told the outlet on Monday. “Officer Goggans was on home assignment prior to the start of the investigation for unrelated and non-disciplinary reasons.”Anonymous sources told Arizona’s Family that Goggans would travel to and from Las Vegas to produce, star and post a lot of his pornographic content to his Twitter page.

The officer had about 24,000 followers and included in his bio the 18+ emoji and said
he was a creator, goat gamer and face painter. The bio read that he created “art,” including the paint palette emoji and that his (eggplant emoji) is the pen.People took to Twitter to react to Goggans’ “side hustle” and “stage name.”
