A TikToker has everyone cocking their heads to the side in confusion after his viral video showed him out on a McDonald’s run while visibly sick with monkeypox. The video was posted on Monday and was supposed to be a motivational speech but showed viewers how inconsiderate people could be of other people’s health.

The man’s name is allegedly Duane Cali, and he captioned his video “Choose Yourself,” which is what he did. He explained to his viewers that he was out of the house because he had to go to McDonald’s since he didn’t have food or groceries.
“What’s good, y’all? My bad, I’m not in the house,” Cali said in the video. “But I had to go make a McDonald’s run ’cause I ain’t got no groceries. I ain’t have no food.”
He goes on his encouraging speech while sipping from his McDonald’s cup.
“I just wanted to make this video to remind you to be careful who you f**k with,” he stated. “Because not everybody who you f**k with is gonna f***k with you. Not everybody you look out for is gonna look out for you.”
He continued, “S**t, you might show up for the wrong motherf**ker at the wrong place, at the wrong time, and end up with the f***in’ monkeypox. And then, who gon’ be there to look out for you? Nobody. So, at the end of the day, just choose yourself.”
He ended the video by promoting his single “Choose Yourself, “which many people think is him chasing clout and promoting his music.
“Uber eats, DoorDash, and Instacart,” a user wrote.
He responded to people by stating he was aware of the apps and chose to use ApplePay but disregarded the fact that someone had to hand him his food.
Someone commented, “This dude clearly does not care about anyone but himself!!!! Sad! Sad! Shame on you!”
Cali commented in a video apologizing for the situation bothering everyone instead of apologizing for not staying in.
